WE Bonus Rewards Program

Because you are a valued customer, we designed WE Bonus Rewards Program to provide you with a variety of benefits and offers tailored to meet the needs of all our customers.

1. WE Bonus Points Program

  • Customers subscribed to eligible services can collect points and redeem them through a wide network of our partners.
  • Points are accumulated according to 4 tiers as follows:
Tier Accumulation Rate Points Earned
First 0.33 100 EGP = 33 points
Second 0.5 100 EGP = 50 points
Third 1 100 EGP = 100 points
Fourth 2 100 EGP = 200 points
  • For postpaid customers, points are earned on amounts paid from the due bill, excluding taxes and installments (no points are calculated on those amounts).
  • For prepaid customers, points are earned on the amount deducted from their balance when subscribing to eligible services only.
  • WE Bonus customers earn 1 point for every 20 EGP spent in cash or by card when purchasing devices or accessories from WE stores. Points are not earned when paying bills.
  • Points are valid for two years from the date they are added.
  • Each WE Bonus customer has a single wallet for points, and all points are collected there, even if the customer has more than one eligible service.
  • Each wallet is linked to a contact number, used to receive program messages (sent from “WE Bonus”) and used to complete redemption transactions.
  • The same contact number cannot be used for more than one wallet, and the contact number must be a mobile number.
  • Customers can check their balance, points value, points about to expire, and their transactions history through “MyWE”) or by logging into their account on www.te.eg, then following the steps.
  • Each 100 points earned is equal to 5 EGP
  • Points can be redeemed by visiting any of WE Bonus partner branches or the app/website for online partners.
  • Points can also be redeemed at selected WE stores for devices or accessories
  • In all cases, points cannot be transferred from one wallet to another or from one customer to another. They also cannot be redeemed for cash, prepaid balance, or used to pay WE service bills.

Important Warnings:

  • Do not share the OTP with anyone who is not authorized to process the redemption.
  • Do not respond to any suspicious or unidentified messages.
  • Always update your contact number if it is deactivated, changed, canceled, or transferred to another person.

• The company reserves the right to amend the program at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • You can access and view all available offers through “MyWE” or by logging into your account on www.te.eg

    2. Click on “Details” from the “WE Bonus” icon.

    3. Select the “Bonus Deals” icon.

    4. Browse and choose the offer you want from our partner list, and follow the steps.
